At Calm Ibiza massage , cancellation policies apply.

Appointments are requested 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper functioning of our agenda.

Cancellations made in a short period of time limit the possibility of our agenda and prevent us from assigning those time slots to other clients.

When you book an appointment, other customers are no longer served and it means unrecoverable time and economic damage to the company,

- A courtesy 10 minutes will be provided, starting at the agreed upon time. In case of further delay or absence, the reservation may be cancelled and the service will be charged in full.

- Same-day appointments will be subject to a 15% increase.

- Cancellations less than 12 hours prior to service will be charged 100%.

For appointment changes, an increase of 15% applies within 12 hours prior to service

Some places in Ibiza have an additional travel surcharge of 10€ (Es Canar, San Carlos, San Juan, Portinatx, San Miguel and Cala San Vicente).

If the therapist is on the way or at the agreed place and cancels for any reason, the full amount of the service will be charged.

Reservations made after 9:00 p.m. will have a 30% increase on the initial price.

Reservations with body treatment vouchers

The vouchers are valid for 6 months.

They are personal and non-transferable

Exchanges for any other type of service are not allowed.

Appointment cancellations or modifications will only be possible with 24 hours notice (except in very specific cases and for reasons of force majeure), otherwise they will be considered as made.
